Olof Tillman

Olof is another offensive lineman who is performing in the U19 circuit in Sweden, so far because of his age he is getting by on his big size (6’5 275) and he hasn’t yet developed a reliable skill set aside from bullying with his strength. However, given time and correct coaching he could become a great piece of the offensive line. He is aggressive in engagement, finishes his blocks well and shows the desired nastiness in his run-blocking style. His initial punch is solid, and he uses the length and leverage effectively to put the defensive players off balance. The run blocking is his best factor, he doesn’t show the footwork included in pass protection, which is another factor that would have to be improved to thrive at a championship-contending club. - Matt Bressington
