Melvin Palmaer

Melvin is currently the best TE in his class because of his well-rounded skill set, he’s 6’3 and 215 so although he’s undersized at the position currently he still has a lot of time to physically develop. What makes him stand out among his peers is the aggression and explosiveness in his blocking, whether it be the initial block of the play or as the play continues. His talent as a receiving threat is also clear, the ball skills and awareness to get his feet inbounds while stretching to make the play on the ball have become valued parts of his game. Another asset he possesses is the strength to bring in the ball over a defender or to out-muscle them when it comes to high-pointing the ball, this is most likely because of his more WR frame but it would be important to keep it in his repertoire.- MB
