It’s clear that Juulio is a winning QB, he’s led separate unbeaten seasons at the U15 & U17 levels. The deep ball accuracy and throw on the run are the strongest assets that he could bring to any club. He is a pro-style player who has great follow-through and overall smooth mechanics during the throwing motion. This is through the release being of a good level. The accuracy is what makes him stand out in the class of 25 and few players show the size and experience that he does. Overall, I believe him to be a standout QB of the class and a player of high interest for European clubs. - M.Bressington
